InvenTree

InvenTree is an open-source inventory management system designed for low level stock control and part tracking. It operates as a self-hosted web application that allows users to manage components and assets through a centralized database. The system is deployed as a server and can be installed via Docker or on bare metal environments using a dedicated installation script for supported distributions.

Users interact with the software through a web-based admin interface or a companion mobile app available for Android and iOS. The system is built to handle the tracking of individual parts and general stock levels, making it suitable for workshops, laboratories, and small scale manufacturing environments where precise part tracking is necessary for operational efficiency.
