Legcord

Legcord is an open-source desktop app that functions as a standalone application. It packages the official web app within Electron to provide a customized messaging experience. The software is available for Windows, macOS, and various Linux distributions, including specific support for AArch64 devices and FreeBSD.

Users install the application via package managers such as winget, Scoop, Homebrew, or through .deb packages for Debian and Ubuntu. It is designed for users who want a more lightweight client with integrated modifications and privacy enhancements. For those who prefer not to install software globally, the application includes a portable mode for Windows users by creating a local data folder in the executable directory.
