Mailu

Mailu is a self-hosted mail server deployed as a set of Docker images. It provides a complete email infrastructure designed for easy setup and maintenance without including proprietary software or unrelated groupware features. The system functions as a comprehensive server-side solution that handles the delivery, receipt, and storage of electronic mail for individuals or organizations.

The application operates through a series of containerized services that manage different aspects of the mail pipeline. It includes a dedicated web-based administration interface for server configuration and supports the integration of multiple webmail clients for end-user access. Users can deploy the system on their own hardware or virtual private servers using Docker Compose to orchestrate the necessary components.
